CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom work is subject to availability and based on my current work load. For all custom consultation requests, please fill out our form below or email me at cailey@caileyelle.com with as much info as possible. Be sure to include: type of jewelry, type of metal/stones, budget, and any photo inspiration you may have.  Please be as thorough and specific as possible so we can create the perfect piece for you! please see the items in my shop for a general idea of pricing for different types of jewelry prior to emailing me. 

Once received, I will review your inquiry. If this is a piece in line with my creative direction and skill set, I will send you $50 consultation invoice to be paid before proceeding. This is non-refundable but goes toward your piece. Once paid, we will respond with further follow up questions, a finalized design, and a quote will be sent within 2-3 business days. If you need to adjust your design to fit your budget we will continue the design process until you are happy! Please plan ahead and accordingly if you need this as a gift. Custom Orders take 4-6 weeks on average for completion however more intricate pieces can take longer.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INVOICE BEING SENT OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT FORFEITED. 

 

WHOLESALE 

Our Jewelry is handmade in house by a small production team and never mass produced over seas. We are extremely conscious about sourcing materials using integrity and are driven to give your clients a quality product while creating safe working environments for our employees. To learn more about carrying our products please reach out with some details and information about your shop or brand and we will be happy to further assist you . Wholesale orders on average take 6-8 weeks for completion depending on size of order.
