ORDERS & SHIPPING

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES:

JEWELRY: 4-6 weeks *Based on current order volumes. Kindly remember its just me! 

JEWELRY (CUSTOM ORDERS): 1-3 months on average depending on design

*this is a quote of current production times, or the time it takes for me to hand-make this jewelry specifically for you. times vary based on volume. Please understand that most items will ship within this time frame however this is a QUOTE not a guarantee. on occasion some items may take less time or slightly longer depending on how labor intensive certain pieces are. if you would like a specific estimate on timing or have a deadline please email me PRIOR to ordering as refunds will not be issued for production time reasons.  

All changes or adjustments to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing order, before the order goes into production.  If your order is urgent, please emails us at cailey@caileyelle.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If you have ordered an item that is delayed, we will notify you via email with options. 

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  All orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Purchases include USPS tracking and/or Shipping Confirmation which will be sent via email provided at checkout. Once you receive your tracking details please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update while we carefully pack up your orders. we are a very small team packing many orders at once and it can take full, dedicated days to pack and ship orders.

 

Domestic: We ship First Class and Priority shipping via USPS, and include tracking information within the USA.  Overnight shipping within the U.S. is $30, please email us promptly after ordering and we will accommodate whenever possible.

International: shipments are made via USPS First Class international and DO NOT include tracking. If you wish to purchase tracking for an international package, please contact us via email so we can assess the additional fee based on your location. (usually between $30-$50 USD) 

 

Insurance & Liability: We offer optional insurance for the full value of your parcel. Insuring your package is up to you but is always recommended. You may add this service anytime your piece is in production by emailing us. buyer assumes all risk upon received tracking information and USPS intake scan. You may upgrade USPS shipping or insurance, by emailing us using the contact page. 

In the rare event your package is lost or stolen, you can file a claim at : https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is current and trusted when submitting with your order. submitting address changes later are not recommended as these details are immediately sent to our shipping host for fulfillment.  We cannot be held responsible for shipments made to old addresses or errors resulting in misinformation at checkout.
