a note on returns from Cailey:
Please keep in mind that this is a small business working in precious metals. Many of my pieces are highly coveted, being that they are handmade and often one of a kind. Today, its becoming more common for buyers to purchase many items, decide which to keep and return the rest of them. Sometimes purchases are made then buyer experience buyers remorse and scrambles to recover their payment. Though this seems like it may not be a big deal, for a jeweler dealing in precious metals, it can really impact things on our end which is why I am strict on my policy. I am very careful about inventory kept on hand and without any outside investors, it creates a strain on my small business. Please be mindful when ordering that I am just one human who often works overtime to build a very special brand and I will always fairly honor my return policy- I just ask that you keep this all in mind when making a request. Thank you for understanding!
